With almost 10 years of experience in rental and condominium association management, Michael is able to give clients an informed perspective on the ins and outs of condominium ownership.   With experience as a residential loan originator he can give sound advice of the ability to finance the purchase of a property.  His background as a general contractor and construction project manager helps buyers and sellers understand the current value of a property and also its growth potential.  

Michael is a graduate of Illinois State University and serves as an Associate Artistic Director of the Strawdog Theatre Company which has been producing theatre in Lakeview since 1988.
