Realtor Job Position

Om Realty Group is looking for a versatile agent that has a background in working with small condo associations in Chicago, for the following position: Realtor/Association Specialist

Job Description:

General Realtor duties such as showings, open houses, listing consultation, working with and expanding your own client base.  Working closely with self-managed condo associations within the framework of an established proprietary building maintenance program.

Must be people orientated with great communication skills.  Must have a solid work ethic coupled with an entrepreneurial drive. Must be comfortable working with others as a member of a team. Basic construction knowledge (not ability) is required as this position collaborates with our general contracting company Om Homes. This position provides an opportunity for personal growth with many outlets for creativity.

Om is poised to provide  opportunities for continual training in areas such as sustainability, construction knowledge, and building material knowledge,.

This position is very unique and compliments a realty career very well. This is a consulting position which  is designed to allows for the potential of future realty sales to be a bonus to a well implemented consulting project.

Experience:

•·         2 years in real estate sales

•·         Construction knowledge

•o   Materials

•o   Knowledge of the basic components of a building (will train the right candidate)

•o   "Green" material knowledge a plus

 Required basics:

•·         Phone

•·         Laptop

•·         Vehicle

•·         Solid MS Office skills including Power Point

•·         Licensed and in Good Standing

Salary:

This is a commission based salary with much potential for income.  Candidate must be willing to put in an effort in order to see results.
