Investing in Property 101

There are several ways to invest in real estate. In this section we'll go over some vocabulary, and then talk about some of the strategies Om Realty Group can help with.

In Spring of 08' Om Development LLC will be developing a high performance 3 flat in the Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago.  Om Realty Group will be using this first building as a case study to the benefits of chosing a high performance building to invest in. 

We will do a side by side comparison in a proforma to show greater return on investment (ROI) a high performance building has.  Once complete Om Realty Group will actively list these green 3 flats as solid investment opportunites.
